After over 10 years of looking, we finally found our dream property. Many of you know we’ve been in the process of building cushy, comfortable vacation apartments and studios, while at the same time, renovating a tiny old home on the property!
The most recent shot of the new construction, this is the where our rentals will be located. Two fully equipped studios are under way downstairs, and a two bedroom for upstairs.
Renovations
It has been an interesting learning process and I am sure we should be writing a lot of it down. There was always something to do during the renovation phase and Stefan has been there full time, I was trying to be there daily, but sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day. Now we've finally moved in 3 weeks ago, what a great feeling!

Yes, it's difficult to find a work life balance sometimes. It's a work in progress! This is our first afternoon this year, not working; on the construction project, working in general, and or on renovations.
