SUPPORT MAREVILLA
To our great joy, some of you have already visited us in the past few months and seen our project grow.
Most of you have not yet been able to visit our project in person but many have sent us questions about the progress of the construction site, asking for details, and a lot of people are requesting photos.
We are very touched by this interest, and especially appreciate your questions about how you could support us.

In fact, we could really use your support right now. With the progress and costs, we’re on the right track.
In the meantime, we faced a groundbreaking decision about an unscheduled investment.
WHY?
The 2nd construction phase was originally planned for a later date, in 2 years. In this second phase, the pit for the pool is to be excavated, the pool itself needs to be build and then the outdoor area is to be laid out in its final form. Since our property is slightly elevated on rocky ground, which is very good, we need heavy machinery with a demolition hammer capable of breaking up the rock underground, and then a back hoe to load it onto trucks and transport it away.

Once our Architect made it clear that it is essential to do this now, any later and the garden would be destroyed, the impact of the demolition hammer would very likely damage plaster and windows in the new building and incur additional repair costs. While we can do a covered excavation there if needed, after much deliberation and scrutiny, we’ve decided to do everything we can to proceed with the whole project now, and we thought we’d ask all of our friends for a hand.
Every dollar brings us a small step closer to our goal of opening with a filled pool and palm trees at the end of the year instead of a covered construction pit.
